He also combines videos in his work... and i especially have a keen interest in time lapse moving image.... as i am in practice at the moment,, with SCENIC DRIVES,, project....

The photo below of me in his studio is a BETA Camera, really old one,,,,so its a musem piece.....
He now has the Canon XF305.....
A few of the things i have been doing in the ON CAMERA studio....
DVD duplications..... with his high tech machines... Clients, like AMANDA GORE is a regular client,,, she gets her old DVD she has recorded to upgrade and duplicate in HIGH DEFINtion.....
IN the 6 weeks of this new job.... i have assisted in producing a video clip for a montreal soul singer.....
Assisted in producing DVD's for shows of local businesses.
Campaign DVD production for an AUthor....
Assisted in Fiming, a concert,,, Johnny CAsh Tribute Show..... ( front camera, with a 5D canon,, and a Cam corder mounted on top of 5D.. for close ups....
And the biggest and most exciting production,,, he has at the moment,,,,, is the SCENIC DRIVES.... PRODUCT.
He has produced one already.....

Filming particular parts of Australia,,,with an information booklet included...
Sells these to the tourism companies and his website....
And once completed 4 to 5 more destinations,, he will sell to the Telivison Stations, to produce a lifestyle program it......
We in production of shooting,, Byron Bay to Hervey Bay,, the east coast of Oz....
So i am learning, a lot about shooting film,,, but also having the opportunity to photograph stills to be included in the information booklet that compliments the DVD...
And also, photographing the making of.........of the production.. for blogging purposes and FAcebook....
So i am having a 'Blast ' of a time...... travelling, photographing, filming.....and marketing.....
Stay tuned,, i will post photographs of the past few months work.....

9 months of catch up ....
It has been months,,, getting to my blog,, i have settled into my country,,
Back to surfing, swimming,,, building new relationships....
Telling stories of my life in the `uk',, that i miss soooooo much,,,, i really loved your country.....
The contrast of weather,, was a treat for both lachlan and `i,....
Especially the snow at christmas,,,,, we lived and got our wish and dreams,,, for a white christmas...Thankyou England.....
Since my time back from the `uk,,, i have been doing many, many workshops to nail,, technique down,,,,, lighting especially,,,, studio based....
Night photography,,, learning the concept of painting,,, with `LED lights,, to enhance build contrast on the image......
Fashion photography was my favourite,,,, a combination of history from previous photographers.... especially loved Richard AVedon....s work......
So i entered a local competiton,,, and won the skilled section of Fashion `portraits......
That then gave me the comfidence to start building clientelle,,, but before you know it,,,,,
A weekend of driving around this beautifull coast line,,,,, and dropped into a local nursery to buy plants for my home,,,,,, after telling the owners employer,, that i am photographer if they needed any work please call ...
The owner then arrived, with interest..... on his 30 acres property... with a nursery, eco retreat on the river and fim studio.
Turns out he is an ex ABC camera man,,, worked with documentary films, commercials,, lifestyle tv,,etc etc etc,,, it goes on....
